NO BROKER FEES
The Red Key Team does not charge broker fees, transaction fees, or compliance fees.  We are compensated through a co-operative brokerage agreement from a portion of the seller's real estate commission.  We don't charge a fee to you, which allows you to focus on your main objective - finding your dream home!

WHERE DO I BEGIN?
1.  Obtain a mortgage pre-approval.
        Utilize the lender of your choice or find one HERE. 
2.  Determine your "realistic" price range.
        Establish your comfort level based on your anticipated monthly payment.
3.  Create your "wish list" of home features.
        Bedrooms, Baths, Square Footage, Garage, Basement, Pool, etc.
4.  SEARCH the MLS for houses in your price range that fit your criteria.
        CONTACT the Red Key Team to set up automated MLS email updates.
5.  Your Red Key Team agent will schedule all showings and obtain lock box access.

I FOUND MY HOME - NOW WHAT?
Your Red Key Team agent will draft and present your offer on your behalf.  Once your offer is accepted, your agent and the Red Key Team staff will guide you through the steps from the contract date to the closing.

WHAT ARE MY CLOSING COSTS?
Your lender must provide you with a "Good Faith Estimate" that discloses the fees associated with buying your home.  Customary fees include mortgage closing costs, title insurance, and title closing fees.  Your Red Key Team agent will assist you with any questions related to your closing documents.
